Role and Responsibilities:
· Support document creation and management for PPAP (PFMEA/Control plans, Work instructions)
· Support data management for KPI and OEE
· Support data analysis for quality / Process improvements.
· Maintain daily housekeeping of work area to ensure a clean work environment.
· Continuous improvement in quality, safety, productivity, and delivery.
· Conduct routine inspections of new equipment, raw materials, and in-process components.
· Perform tests to verify compliance with specifications
· Calibrate and maintain testing equipment for accuracy.
· Create reports on performance, test results, and process metrics.
· Develop and update standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and work instructions for new models.
· Work closely with manufacturing engineers, productions staff, and maintenance teams.
· Assist with training on new protocols and procedures for new model.
· Other duties as required by management
Qualifications:
· Minimum associate degree / Tech school.
· 3 years Quality / Manufacturing process experience.
· Proficient Computer skills (Microsoft office, google sheets, Access/Database).
· Advanced Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
