GA Lottery Pre-k 4 Lead Teacher
Summary Private preschool is currently hiring for a GA Lottery Prek-4 Lead Teacher. The successful candidate will be innovative, creative, and passionate about early education. The Lead Teacher will play a vital role in the success of our 4-year-old students. In preparation for kindergarten, they will implement a program focusing on children's social/emotional, cognitive, and physical development. The successful candidate will create a calm, safe, and warm environment for children. The teacher must engage in positive interactions and communicate effectively with students, team members, and administration. Duties
- Abide by the school's policies and procedures
- Support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of students
- Use Georgia Early Learning Development Standards to create lesson plans
- Utilize Creative Curriculum
- Engage in age-appropriate activities
- Manage cleanliness of classroom and environment
- Maintain health and safety of students
- Promote children's executive function skills
- Adhere to all Bright from the Start and Quality Rated rules
- Use positive discipline and reinforcement to manage behavior
- Communicate effectively with children, team members, and administration
- Encourage and aid in the development of children's self-help skills
- Participate in professional development
- Maintain a professional demeanor and decorum
