The Business Development Manager will focus on creating growth opportunities for IT People through the addition of new customers. You will have the ability to sell our staffing services to clients nationally as well as locally and are not constrained by a territory.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of professional Staffing Services Sales experience and prior MSP expertise.

• A combination of hunter sales and business development skills will ensure success
• Results-oriented, ability to create a sales strategy and achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Utilize proven closing skills, have an established network, and have the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and organizational goals. Must be detail-oriented and work well building relationships with hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
• Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
• Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-motivated individual.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and meet and exceed business development goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Initiate Outside sales/ business development. Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for Staff Augmentation, and Contract and/or Contract to Hire Staffing Solutions.
• Ability to sell directly to new clients, initiate new MSP relationships or also find new SOW opportunities.
• You will be responsible for developing and generating new business for the company for Workforce Solutions.
• You will market to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings and presentations with C-level executives and key decision makers, and take part in local trade association and networking events to broaden IT People’s presence in the local business community
• While working and collaborating with our experienced recruiting staff, you will present suitable candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with client companies.
