I opened my agency in 2021, and were a small but mighty team of three. As a third-generation State Farm agent, this business is in my blood, and Im proud to continue the legacy of service and protection thats been part of my family for decades. Before becoming an agent, I was an All-American baseball player during college, and today Im happily married with a 15-month-old so I understand the importance of balancing a successful career with family life. Community involvement is also a big part of who we are. We love connecting with the people we serve, whether its through events like Alive at 5 or simply being an active part of our local area. Inside the office, we keep things engaging and rewarding team lunches when goals are met, daily goal bonuses, birthdays off, and even Black Friday off are just a few of the ways we celebrate wins and show appreciation. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mason McClellan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
