What You’ll Do As our primary point of contact for deliveries, you will be responsible for the safe transport of high-quality casework to residential and commercial job sites.

• Load & Unload: Carefully load custom cabinets and countertops and deliver them to the exact designated location on-site.

• Precision Transport: Use a high level of attention to detail to ensure every piece arrives in perfect condition.

• Team Support: When you aren't on a delivery route, you’ll jump in to assist with general shop work and other tasks as necessary.

• Reliability: Show up promptly at 7:00 AM ready to hit the road and support your co-workers.

Qualifications

• Physical Strength: Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs regularly.

• Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record and be at least 25 years old (candidates under 25 with a spotless record may be considered for an insurance waiver).

• Compliance: Must be able to pass a DOT Physical and mandatory drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Safe Vehicle Operation: Operate delivery vehicles on local routes to transport high-quality cabinets and countertops to both commercial and residential job sites.

• Loading & Unloading: Manually load custom casework onto delivery trucks and unload items at the proper designated locations on each job site.

• Heavy Lifting: Frequently lift and maneuver products weighing a minimum of 75 lbs with care.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of attention to detail during transport to ensure the safe and damage-free delivery of high-end cabinetry.

• Punctuality & Reliability: Report to work promptly at 7:00 AM daily, ensuring consistent attendance to support team members and customer deadlines.

• Versatile Shop Support: Perform general shop labor and other duties as necessary during periods when not actively making deliveries.

• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass a DOT Physical , including mandatory drug testing.

• Schedule Flexibility: Work a full-time schedule, typically Monday through Friday, with availability for Saturdays as business needs require.

The essential functions of this role include:
