About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product journey — from vision to launch — with a strong focus on delivering business value, meaningful features, and outstanding customer experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in cross-functional environments, has a strong customer-centric mindset, and excels at turning complex ideas into impactful product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the Vision: Define product vision, positioning, and long-term strategy.

• Customer Understanding: Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market assessments to deeply understand user needs.

• Product Roadmap: Plan, design, and continuously evolve the product roadmap.

• Feature Prioritization:Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and user value.

• Requirement Translation: Bridge the gap between business and technical teams by translating requirements effectively in both directions.

• Metrics & Success: Define and track key success metrics and KPIs.

• Design Sprints: Lead design sprints and clearly articulate product requirements to design and development teams.

• Production Management: Create and manage production schedules, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines and deliverables.

• Market Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends through competitive analysis and market research.

• Team Empowerment: Foster a shared product vision across teams, enabling decentralized and confident decision-making.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with geographically dispersed teams across product, engineering, marketing, and sales.

• Industry Engagement: Represent the product at tradeshows, conferences, and customer events through demos and presentations.

• OTA Integrations & Certifications: Manage and support product integrations and certifications with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), ensuring alignment with third-party requirements and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, computer science, engineering or related field. Masters preferred.

• 5+ years product management experience, especially in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with Central Reservation Systems (CRS) or Channel Managers, is a strong plus.

• Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering products that meet customer and user needs.

• Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira for requirements gathering and project tracking.

• Familiarity with creating UX wireframes or collaborating closely with UX/UI designers.

• Strong diplomacy and excellent communication skills — verbal and written – with the ability to present and communicate in front of leadership, customers, and board members.

• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong collaboration and leadership skills.

• Comfortable working onsite in-office most of the time.

• Travel up to 25%.
