Part time Accounting Customer Relations Specialist

Randstad is seeking a part time Accounting and Customer Relations Specialist for a client in Middle GA. The qualified candidate will support both the accounting function and customer-facing activities to ensure accurate financial records and client relationships. This role combines transactional accounting tasks with proactive communication to internal and external customers. Experience in accounting, finance, customer service, or related field preferred. Familiarity with accounting principles and customer relationship practices. Position is part time, 20 - 30 hours a week Only qualified candidates will be contacted Email resume to [email protected]

Responsibilities

Assist the accounting department with recording, tracking, and reporting financial information

Maintain accurate and complete financial records in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations

Support month-end and year-end processes by preparing reports, reconciliations, and documentation as needed

Use bookkeeping/accounting software and MS Office to enter data, run reports, and monitor account status

Build and maintain profitable, tursting relationships with key customers through regular communication and follow up

Act as primary point of contact to resolve customer questions, issues, and complaints quickly and professionally

Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure customer needs are understood and met

Keep customers informed about relevant products, services, and updates

Understand individual customer needs and communicate these internally to improve service and satisfaction

The essential functions of this role include:

• Financial Statements (3 years of experience is preferred)
• Bookkeeping (3 years of experience is preferred)
• Invoices (3 years of experience is preferred)
• MS Office
• Month End Reconciliations (3 years of experience is preferred)
• Year end reconciliations (3 years of experience is preferred)
