Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Expertise in speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families
- Flexibility, initiative, and a passion for supporting children’s academic and social growth
Typical Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders within K-12 settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing progress updates
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with district and state requirements
