If you are interested in opening your own agency, then this might be the opportunity for you. We are seeking an Insurance Agent Aspirant to join our team. As an Aspirant, you hone your skillset while learning what it takes to run an agency, grow a book-of-business, grow a team, and sell a variety of insurance products and services to new and existing Policy Holders.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
