Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Valid SLP-CCC certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in pediatric settings, schools, or teletherapy highly valued
• SLPA credentials and experience considered for relevant school-based roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Enthusiasm for working with children and adolescents across K-12 grade levels

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and document student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Offer education and guidance to teachers and families related to communication development
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver services in person at school sites within the district

Position Details:

• Full-time contract: 40 hours per week
• School year: July 27, 2026 – May 26, 2027
• Multiple openings at elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Accessible locations south of Atlanta, west of Peachtree City, and near Decatur
