$215,000 – $375,000+

A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing debtors, creditors, lenders, committees, investors, and other stakeholders in sophisticated bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, and distressed transactions matters.

• 2–6 years of bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, or creditors' rights experience

• Experience with Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, workouts, distressed transactions, and bankruptcy litigation preferred

• Experience representing debtors, secured lenders, creditors, committees, purchasers, or other stakeholders in bankruptcy and restructuring matters

• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, financing documents, restructuring agreements, and related transactional documentation

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Ability to manage matters independently while working directly with clients

• Experience appearing in bankruptcy courts and other state or federal courts preferred

• Excellent academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
