Location: Cumberland, GA - This is an onsite role with remote Saturdays

Title: Client Experience Representative

Pay: +$20 pay increase to $23/hr. after 6 months depending on performance

$1000 quarterly company bonus

Start: November 2025

Hours of Operations: Standard Monday - Friday with 8am - 5pm. Must be open to occasional Saturdays after training.

Summary:

This role is designed to transition into a sales position. We are looking for candidates wanting to take a step into a long term opportunity. n this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, providing thoughtful solutions and building lasting relationships. You’ll handle calls averaging 7–8 minutes, some longer, with current customers, delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities for future sales growth. This role will be out of our Ergonomic office in the Cobb Galleria area.

Requirements:

Completed Bachelor’s degree required

1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to identify an resolve client need

Knack for building repour and creating trust

Insurance experience is a PLUS

Must be 25 miles or less from Cobb Country area
