This travel assignment places you in a hospital setting as an Interventional Radiology Technologist supporting interventional procedures. You will work under the direction of the Chief Technologist and Vascular Institute Manager, performing a broad range of exams and procedures in IR, vascular hybrid, and neuro-interventional settings. You’ll be expected to independently set up equipment, position patients, and deliver safe, age-appropriate care while producing high-quality diagnostic images.

Responsibilities
- Set up imaging equipment and position patients for interventional procedures in IR, vascular hybrid, and neuro-interventional settings.
- Perform a wide variety of interventional exams in accordance with department procedures to obtain quality diagnostic studies.
- Under the direction of the Chief Technologist and Vascular Institute Manager, provide safe, age-appropriate patient care throughout procedures.
- Exercise independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in the use of imaging equipment to support diagnosis and/or treatment.
- Maintain compliance with department protocols and safety guidelines; ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and optimal imaging outcomes.

Requirements
- Active radiologic technologist license for the state of Georgia or eligibility to obtain one
- BLS certification
- Ability to work in interventional radiology, vascular hybrid, and neuro-interventional settings
- Strong independent work skills with the ability to operate imaging equipment and perform exams per department procedures
- Willingness to travel and work a 4x10-hour shift schedule
