Pay: $18/hour Bi-Weekly
Commission: Paid 1st week of the following month on all MA deals that reach effectuation. (Must average 10/week to be eligible for commission.
Spiffs: Daily spiffs added to the bi-weekly paycheck; Agents who sell 5 or more polices in a day spin the wheel for a chance to win $10-$120. Highest weekly & monthly sales winner: receives a surprise gift ($15-$20 Gift Card or their favorite type of candy and a 6/12 pack of their favorite soft drink/sports drink)
Bonus Incentive:
Agents that sell 12-15 policies in a week receive a $100 bonus
Agents that sell 16-20 policies in a week receive a $200 bonus
Agents who sell 21 & up policies in a week receive a $300 bonus
