Our company is recruiting CDL-A truck drivers with little or no experience to join our regional fleet based in Marietta, Georgia. With consistent freight and mileage, these regional routes offer regular weekly home time, stable pay, and a full benefits package from day one. This opportunity is suitable for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and comprehensive support as they begin their trucking careers.
- Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit each Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities available.
- Benefits: Day-one medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) with company match after eligibility; paid time off and holidays; company-paid life and AD&D insurance; pet and rider policies; paid orientation.
- Paid training: Fully paid three- to five-week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
- Schedule & equipment: Regional routes with regular weekly home time. Primarily no-touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop-and-hook. Assigned late-model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
Minimum qualifications
- Valid CDL-A.
- Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
- Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Able to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
