Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse speech and language needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and IEP compliance
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Educate and support families regarding communication strategies for the home environment
• Stay current with professional best practices through ongoing learning
