Purchasing Representative

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Location: Acworth, GA 30101
Experience: 2+ years in Purchasing with experience in QuickBooks and Excel.

• Handling customer inquiries and orders regarding products and services.
• Monitoring and maintaining prompt ordering of materials.
• Assist with customer RMAs to vendors.
• Data and order entry.
• Resolve customer complaints via email or over the phone.
• Light follow up on customer payment status.
• Creating documents.
• Using QuickBooks desktop version, MS excel, and MS word on a daily basis.
• Working with a supervisor to order and monitor buying trends.

Purchasing Representative Skills:

• Excellent/professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
• Must proactively manage tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Must have excellent time management skills.

Purchasing Representative Requirements:

• Must be proficient in QuickBooks desktop version, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Must pass PrideStaff assessments.
• High school diploma and minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, in a related field.
• Able to provide 2 professional references.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
