What You'll Do:

• Drive Sales : Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend the best products and services, and meet your sales goals. Your commission is tied to your success, so the more you sell, the more you earn.
• Device Repairs : You'll be trained to perform basic repairs on devices, such as screen replacements, battery swaps, and other routine repairs. This allows you to offer customers a complete solution for their tech problems, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain Outstanding Customer Relationships : Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale. Help customers understand their repair options and recommend additional services that meet their needs. Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the Team : Work with a team of motivated professionals who support each other in achieving sales goals and providing exceptional service. Teamwork is key to our success.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales Experience : Previous sales experience is preferred. If you're passionate about sales and motivated to meet and exceed goals, we want to hear from you.

• Basic Repair Knowledge (Preferred, but Not Required) : While you'll receive training on device repairs, any prior experience with tech or electronics repairs is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
