Lead Generation Specialist

FPS is looking for an energetic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help support and grow our Sales Team. You’ll connect with potential customers, qualify leads, and set appointments for our Outside Sales Reps. If you’re confident on the phone, organized, and ready to learn, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your sales career!

The ideal candidate will greet each day with positivity and a thirst for knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound prospecting calls to identify new sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.
• Research prospects and maintain accurate info in our CRM system.
• Follow up with interested prospects to maintain communication and build relationships.
• Meet or exceed weekly call and lead goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or call experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Organized, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
