In a Customer Service Representative job you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical equipment issues.
• Responding to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Processing customer orders and modifications accurately and efficiently.
• Handling and escalating complaints while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Documenting customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
• Collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service quality.
• Developing strong product knowledge to effectively support customers.

What you’ll need:

• Prior experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
