Join TRINITY GENERAL CONTRACTING LLC as a Carpenter/Leadman in Brunswick, GA, where you will play a key role in transforming our clients' visions into reality. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a skilled team and contribute to exciting construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise carpentry projects from start to finish.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise work.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades for seamless project flow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.
- Manage materials and inventory for efficient project execution.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards of craftsmanship.
- Assist in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
- Proven experience as a carpenter with leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Certification in carpentry or related field is a plus.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
