Part-Time Insurance Office Support (~25-30 Hours/Month + Occasional Coverage)
Were a small, established State Farm agency in Atlanta looking for a reliable, personable part-time team member to help cover our office one day a week and provide backup coverage when needed. This is a great fit for someone who wants steady, predictable part-time hours without a big time commitment perfect for a parents schedule or anyone looking for light supplemental income. Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet callers professionally
- Take messages and route calls appropriately
- Process payments and basic account updates
- Schedule appointments
- Make outbound calls to existing clients for policy review check-ins (script provided)
- Make outbound calls to local businesses to set appointments around group life insurance options (this is appointment-setting/light cold-calling we want to be upfront about this part of the role)
- Friendly, professional phone manner
- Comfortable making outbound calls, including some cold outreach to local businesses
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with basic computer/data entry tasks
- Available consistently one day per week, plus some flexibility for occasional extra days
- Insurance experience is a plus but NOT required well train you
- Licensing not required for this role
- Steady, predictable part-time hours
