Tree Climber

Responsibilities
- Climb trees to perform pruning, removals, and other essential tree care services.
- Safely operate and maintain climbing gear, chainsaws, and rigging equipment.
- Assess tree health and stability, identifying potential hazards and recommending solutions.
- Apply proper pruning techniques to enhance tree health and appearance.
- Remove hazardous branches and trees while minimizing risks to people and property.
- Work closely with the ground crew to ensure efficient and safe debris removal.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate professionally with clients, offering expert advice on tree care.
Qualifications
- Experience in tree climbing, pruning, and removals.
- Knowledge of tree species, health assessments, and safety protocols.
- Ability to operate and maintain tree care tools and equipment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- ISA Certification (preferred but not required).
