💼 About the Role
Seeking a bold and strategic revenue leader to architect and deliver sunday’s GTM engine in the United States. You will own Revenue Operations, US Marketing, Partnerships (launched from scratch), and SDR performance, reporting directly to our US CEO.
This is a high-impact opportunity with a clear path to grow into broader US leadership.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Operations & GTM Enablement: Build and optimize the US GTM stack, including CRM workflows, automation, and lead enrichment. Partner with the Sales team to create repeatable outbound and inbound motions. Drive pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
- US Marketing: Own local brand positioning, campaigns, and demand generation for the US market. Drive the field marketing and event strategy in tight alignment with the Sales team.
- Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and launch restaurant-tech and ecosystem partnerships in the US. Build the foundations of a partnership motion that drives scalable demand and revenue.
- SDR Team Management: Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management of SDRs. Define metrics and processes to drive accountability and results. Coach and enable the SDR team with the best tools, tactics, and messaging.
- Prepare for Scale & Leadership: Design and scale the organizational structure for future US Revenue teams. Create the conditions for cross-functional collaboration
😊 About You
- 8–12+ years in Sales, RevOps, Growth Ops, GTM leadership, Rev/Marketing leadership, in fast-paced tech environments.
- Strong resume of building or scaling GTM systems and leading cross-functional teams—ops, marketing, partnerships, and SDR.
- Strong balance of strategic leadership (building systems, creating market plays, forging partnerships, leading a team), hands-on execution (CRM design, campaign execution, SDR coaching, GTM), and a strong analytical mindset.
- Skilled in Salesforce, enrichment tools (Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit), and outbound platforms (Outreach, MixMax, Salesloft, Gong).
- Entrepreneurial, data-driven and analytical, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while scaling a high-impact engine.
