The Sales Representative will build relationships with existing customers, maximize

profitability, identify and develop new leads, educate prospects and attract new long- term accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cultivate new business using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling,

• presentations, LinkedIn, Seamless ai, etc.).

• Partner closely with the sales leadership to undertake strategic, revenue-

• generating initiatives.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans within market to meet or exceed

• quarterly revenue targets.

• Maintain an open line of communication with immediate supervisor by reporting

• field activity, customer relations, and current status of accounts.

• Maintain pipeline opportunities and log all activity in the designated customer

• relationship management (Salesforce) system.

• Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge of company solutions and competition in the market.

• Attain and maintain adequate knowledge of competing products.

• Attain and maintain adequate knowledge of the Peachtree Packaging and

• Display, Inc. Systems, and processes.

• Creatively troubleshoot issues in order to meet customer needs

• Solicit feedback and requirements from customers to provide key input on

• product improvements and new products.

• Be proficient and responsive with communication

• Strive for 100% customer satisfaction rating

• Participate in ongoing training to increase professional growth and job effectiveness

• Follow and enforce established department policies, procedures, work instructions and safety and environmental guidelines.

• Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in in Marketing, Business Administration, or a technical field.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years of Industrial or Manufacturing outside sales experience or other relevant field experience within the packaging (corrugated, SBS/chipboard, etc.) and/or printing (flexographic, digital print, and/or offset printing) industries preferred.

• B2B sales experience preferred.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and follow through on competing initiatives and issues across different accounts.

• Enthusiastic and passionate.

• Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,

• PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to travel as required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Standing, walking, talking, hearing, and vision are required over 90% of the time. Sitting is required less than 90% of the time. Feeling is required 75% of the time, while twisting, reaching is required about 20% of the time. Low levels of lifting (10 pounds or less) is required about 5% of the time, while medium levels of lifting and carrying (20 to 50 pounds) are required less than 5% of the time.
