Vehicle Handling:
- Move and park vehicles in designated areas on the dealership lot.
- Retrieve vehicles for customers and ensure they are ready for test drives or delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles by washing, vacuuming, and performing light detailing.
Lot and Facility Maintenance:
- Keep the dealership lot, showroom, and service areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Ensure vehicles are properly aligned and displayed on the lot.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, emptying trash cans, and cleaning restrooms.
Customer Assistance:
- Assist customers with locating vehicles on the lot.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to customers waiting for their vehicles.
- Help customers with unloading and loading items into their vehicles as needed.
Support to Sales and Service Teams:
- Assist the sales team with vehicle preparation for display and customer delivery.
- Support the service team by moving vehicles to and from service bays.
- Run errands for parts and supplies as requested by management.
Inventory Management:
- Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for and properly documented.
- Report any vehicle damage or issues to management immediately.
Additional Duties:
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Follow all dealership policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to move quickly and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to the dealership's dynamic environment.
