We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rug Fabricator to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for cutting and surging rugs to custom specifications, ensuring precision and quality in every piece. If you take pride in craftsmanship and have an eye for color and texture, this could be a perfect fit. Position is available on a as needed, commission based pay structure but could also be supplemented with full time warehouse position.
Responsibilities
Accurately cut carpet and rug materials to specified dimensions
Operate surging and binding equipment (brand new machines and massive air table)
Inspect materials for defects and color match
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines
