Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Bilingual Sales Coordinator (Spanish–English) to help expand our client base, secure contracts, and support recruitment efforts. This individual will play a key role in building long-term client relationships, generating new business, and ensuring successful workforce placements. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about sales and people.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with mid-to-large companies (50+ employees) in target industries: manufacturing, food processing, logistics/warehousing, and construction.
· Schedule and conduct client meetings (in-person and virtual) to present staffing solutions.
· Collaborate with recruiters to understand client needs and support recruitment efforts.
· Follow up with leads, maintain ongoing communication, and provide excellent client service.
· Connect potential candidates with the agency to support placement goals.
· Prepare and submit progress updates twice weekly, plus a bi-weekly results summary.
· Meet measurable goals, including signing 1–3 new contracts and achieving at least 50 active positions on payroll within the first 3–6 months.
Success Metrics
· Number of new clients and signed contracts.
· Weekly payroll revenue growth.
· Client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
· Bilingual in Spanish & English (required).
· Proven sales experience (B2B, staffing, recruiting, or related industries preferred).
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
· Knowledge of manufacturing, food processing, logistics, or construction industries is a plus.

Tools & Support
· Initial support with a basic CRM system and marketing materials.
· Freedom to design and execute personal prospecting strategies, combining provided resources with individual creativity.
Compensation
· Base Pay: $1,000/month (support during initial phase).
· Commission: 2%–4% on gross margin or revenue from new client contracts.
· Significant earning potential based on closed contracts.
· Additional incentives may include relocation support or performance bonuses.
Work Schedule
· Full-time (approximately 40 hours/week), flexible, and goal-oriented.
· Balance of business development (80%) and digital outreach (20%).
· Availability for client site visits.
· Communication via WhatsApp/calls for quick updates and email/Zoom for reporting and meetings.
· Twice-weekly updates and bi-weekly performance reviews during the initial 30-day probation period.
Location: Gainesville, GA (serving Hall County and neighboring counties)
