Staffing Accountant
: Staff Accountant Position Summary This position reports directly to the Sr. Controller and has the following responsibilities: Process AP for all Payables for assigned stores. Match Invoices to Purchase orders and enter AP into Epicor and bill.com for payment. Process Ace Statements for payment through the AP system in Epicor. Manage and reconcile bank accounts for the store. Verify daily sales deposits and bankcard reimbursements. Record Payroll biweekly. Reconcile banks, bankcards, sales tax payable and undeposited funds monthly. Other reconciliations as needed. Minimum Requirements Education/ Training: Highschool degree, some college preferred. Possess knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping with a willingness to learn new systems. Skills: Computer skills, with knowledge of excel and general ledger software. Willingness to learn new programs and skills. Excellent communication skills, excellent organizational ability, high attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to multitask. Job responsibilities may change based on the needs of the business.
