The ideal candidate has previous experience in a customer Call Center environment or more than two years' experience in a customer service environment, banking, benefits or payroll. Prior experience with payroll or banking preferred. Applicants must have the ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday between the possible hours of 7 am and 6 pm. Reliable transportation and timeliness is required to be prompt for shifts. Applicants must possess high integrity and honesty and be able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Qualified candidates must be able to pass a background check. Responsibilities

The temporary positions available are responsible for providing support via phone and email to University System of Georgia Institution staff, faculty and retirees in a high-volume call center. This requires effectively answering inquiries about technical troubleshooting, human resources, payroll and information systems while appropriately documenting information in a ticketing system.
