Compensation: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Shift Work Required

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems across the plant
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
• Work with pumps, motors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and more
• Conduct emergency repairs including welding, belting, and conveyance systems
• Use SAP to document maintenance activities and breakdowns
• Apply safety protocols including LOTO and NFPA 70E standards

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a multi-craft maintenance or similar role
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and in high-heat environments
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn and adapt
• Safety-first mindset and attention to detail
• Pass background and drug screening
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a smelter environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with walking, standing, climbing, and working in heat
• Good hand-eye coordination and vision (corrected 20/20)
