Store Manager
As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of store operations, team development, and sales strategy. Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction, sales performance, and brand excellence in your location. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations and provide strong, positive leadership to the retail team Drive store sales and meet/exceed monthly and annual performance goals Deliver a premium in-store experience by coaching your team through every step of the sales process Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing sales team Set the standard for exceptional customer service through your own example Maintain brand excellence through high visual merchandising and presentation standards Ensure financial objectives and store controls are met, including budgets and sales targets Represent the brand locally, building awareness and advocacy in the community Collaborate with the Retail Director to set team and individual performance goals Perform other duties as needed to support store success Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 4 years of retail experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role Proven success in a consultative sales environment Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate a team Understanding of modern retail standards, operations, and best practices Collaborative and adaptable mindset; able to both lead and support Proficiency in retail technology, software systems, and reporting tools Flexibility to work store hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
