**Electrical Service Manager**
**Position Overview**
The Electrical Service Manageris responsible foroverseeing the daily operations of the electrical service department, ensuring high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and efficient project completion. This role involves managing service technicians, coordinating schedules, estimating jobs, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The Electrical Service Manager plays akey leadershiprole in driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction for the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Team Leadership & Supervision**
+ Lead, mentor, and supervise service technicians and support staff.
+ Conduct trainingontechnical skills, safety practices, and customer service.
+ Manage employee performance, evaluations, and scheduling.
+ **Operations Management**
+ Oversee daily service operations, ensuringtimelyand efficient job completion.
+ Review work orders, assign tasks, andmonitorprogress.
+ Maintainaccuraterecords of jobs, materials, and costs.
+ **Customer Relations**
+ Act as the primary point of contact for clientsregardingservice needs, issues, and inquiries.
+ Provide estimates, proposals, and recommendations for electrical service work.
+ Ensurehigh levelsof customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up.
+ **Financial & Administrative Duties**
+ Prepare job estimates, budgets, and invoices.
+ Monitor department expenses, profitability, and efficiency.
+ Assistin setting and achieving sales and service goals.

+ **Compliance & Safety**
+ Ensure all electrical workcomplies withNEC, local codes, and companystandards.
+ Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
+ Maintain licensing, permits, and certifications asrequired.
+ **Qualifications & Skills**
+ Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (preferred).
+ 5+ years of electrical service experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
+ Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety regulations.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
+ Proficient in project management, scheduling, and estimating.
+ Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
+ Proficiencyin business software (Microsoft Office, scheduling/dispatch software, etc.).
