Pool Designer

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for custom pool designs.
- Create detailed design specifications and custom 3D models for each swimming pool project.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate parameters such as space, environment, and site-specific challenges.
- Oversee the project from conception through installation, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client expectations.
- Work closely with construction teams to address design and installation challenges as they arise.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively to ensure timely completion of each pool installation.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously innovate and improve our designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pool design or a related field, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools for creating detailed models.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards specific to pool construction.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating unique, functional, and beautiful outdoor spaces.
