Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for custom pool designs.
• Create detailed design specifications and custom 3D models for each swimming pool project.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate parameters such as space, environment, and site-specific challenges.
• Oversee the project from conception through installation, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client expectations.
• Work closely with construction teams to address design and installation challenges as they arise.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively to ensure timely completion of each pool installation.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously innovate and improve our designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in pool design or a related field, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools for creating detailed models.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards specific to pool construction.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating unique, functional, and beautiful outdoor spaces.
