Product Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of assigned products. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with business objectives, enterprise systems, and operational standards. The Product Manager drives outcomes through data-informed decision-making, Agile delivery practices, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.


• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, sales, marketing, and other internal teams to translate business needs into prioritized product requirements.


• Partner with internal system owners to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, integrations, and governance standards.


• Engage with external customers, vendors, and partners to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure market relevance.


• Manage and prioritize the product backlog within an Agile framework, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and iterative delivery. Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.


• Identify risks, manage tradeoffs, and communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.


• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience in product management or related role.


• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.


• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Special Skills/Qualifications

• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and cross-functional process dependencies.


• Ability to manage competing priorities and make data-informed tradeoff decisions.


• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.


• Familiarity with UX principles
