Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and lead a team of talented and enthusiastic individuals
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
- Train and develop team members to deliver outstanding performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High school degree or equivalent
