GHJ Search & Staffing recently partnered with a mission-driven non-profit organization to help identify a Finance Manager/Director to join their dynamic team. They are seeking a strategic, hands-on Finance Manager/Director to lead financial planning and analysis for their $100M+ multi-entity budget.

Reporting to the CFO, this role will manage budgeting processes, long-term financial modeling, and financial reporting to support the organization’s growth and sustainability. The Director will supervise a regional Finance Manager and Analyst, and partner with the organization and regional leaders to ensure strong fiscal management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial modeling

• Manage monthly forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis

• Oversee compliance, financial dashboards, and revenue optimization

• Supervise and develop finance team members

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial systems and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required

• 5–10 years of senior-level finance experience; nonprofit preferred

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience managing multi-entity budgets and financial systems (Vena a plus)
