Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Georgia SLP License and GA Professional Standards Commission certification (must be current and available before the start date)
• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist, holding either CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
• Experience in a school setting preferred, though recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Dedication to evidence-based practices and culturally responsive intervention

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and teachers to maximize student outcomes
• Deliver therapy services onsite, in accordance with schedules and district needs
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and progress updates
• Support students across multiple school locations, adapting services as needed throughout the school year
