Prep Cook $12.00-20.00 Hrly

As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up cooks station, maintaining product presentations, product quality, food safety, cook time standards and preparing all menu items according to recipes, plate presentations and specifications. Duties of this position will include set up of equipment and preparing and portioning food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area. A qualified applicant must be able to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours. Additionally, as a member of the Kitchen Team, you will cross-train and learn other stations and positions in the Kitchen.

Requirements:
Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Able to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.

Responsibilities:
Properly execute all recipe procedures
Prepare a variety of foods with different methods of preparation
Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Complete assigned prep work to stock and set-up stations
