Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously - attitude is everything!
• Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to techs
• Utilizing Tablet and software, advise customers of additional services, utilizing current technology with high integrity
• Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
• Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
• Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
• Maintain Extremely high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

Qualifications/Requirements – Service Advisor:

• Prior Automotive Service Advisor or Tech experience
• Must be organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and oral communications skills are paramount
• Self-motivated, forward-thinking team player
• Must have computer proficiency
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
