Signia by Hilton, Atlanta is searching for talented full-time Cook lll to join their culinary team! This culinary professional will be supporting banquet operations.

Signia by Hilton, Atlanta - Where charm and grace welcome the world with 4-star service throughout the 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets!

The ideal candidate will have prior culinary experience in restaurant or hotel environments, a strong team-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for professional growth. While a background in culinary education and previous banquet cook experience are preferred, they are not required. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and establish a solid foundation in the culinary industry.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is required including weekends and holidays

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cook lll, you would be responsible for preparing, maintaining and monitoring quality control for hot food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare, maintain and monitor quality control for hot food items including, but not limited to, meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks and seasonings
• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Prepare guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen and ensure plates are clean and appetizing
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
