Bartender
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences through excellent service and a deep knowledge of beverages. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and stocked
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to all licensing regulations
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote specials or new menu items
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a safe environment
- Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory management
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid bartending license or certification if applicable in your region
