The Opportunity
At StartCHURCH, we're looking for a Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This overview is designed to give you a clear picture of the impact you can make—and how you’ll be supported every step of the way in a role that truly matters.
Location Requirement
You must reside in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, or Montana to be considered for this position.
What You’ll Do
- As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will help drive the mission of StartCHURCH forward by faithfully executing the sales plan of the VP of Sales, achieving or exceeding personal sales goals, and contributing to overall team success.
Key responsibilities include: - Execute the HubSpot-based sales plan and meet or exceed assigned sales objectives.
- Make and take sales calls with church planters, ministry leaders, and others starting organizations aligned with StartCHURCH’s client profile.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, webinars, and other channels.
- Assess client needs and recommend StartCHURCH products and services accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience.
- Close sales consistently to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage customer contacts and sales funnel in accordance with team standards.
- Work closely with the VP of Sales and participate in shaping sales strategies through teamwork and peer support.
- Share knowledge with the Inside Sales Team to help meet shared goals and follow guidance from the Lead Sr. Sales Rep and VP of Sales.
- Assist in training new sales reps when requested.
- Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively across departments.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and manage accounts using the Blitz Strategy.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics monthly and year-to-date.
What We’re Looking For
- A sales professional with 1+ years of demonstrated track record of success in inside sales.
- A professional who manages client interactions and sales funnels with efficiency and accuracy.
- Someone who leads with integrity and supports the mission and values of StartCHURCH.
- A subject-matter expert (or aspiring one) on StartCHURCH’s offerings.
- A goal-oriented individual who consistently meets sales and activity metrics through diligence and focus.
- Experience with IMPACT Selling and HubSpot Sales tools is highly preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus.
