Bartender
Murphy’s Restaurant, a neighborhood favorite in Atlanta, is hiring an experienced bartender to join our energetic front-of-house team. If you’re personable, polished, and passionate about great drinks and warm service, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do :
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and attention to quality
- Provide friendly, efficient table and bar service; manage tabs and cash-out procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area and restock supplies
- Recommend drinks and upsell specials while delivering excellent guest experiences
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen to keep service smooth during busy shifts
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service laws
- 1+ year(s) bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or busy bar
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer-service skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and adaptability
- Ability to stand long periods, lift 25+ lbs, and work nights/weekends/holidays
- Hourly ($7.25) + tips
- Tip out : 1% of restaurant's total net sales (per shift)
