**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodial Worker to join our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in and around our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all employees, visitors, and clients. The Custodial Worker will perform a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall appearance and hygiene of the buildings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom sanitation.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly; ensure proper disposal procedures are followed.
- Assist with maintaining outdoor areas, including trash pickup and general upkeep of grounds.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Custodial Supervisor.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and protocols.
- Collaborate with other custodial staff to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Maintain custodial equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks independently.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items, bend, and stand for extended periods.
