**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the manufacturing and industrial location, reporting any suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
+ Maintain clear and accurate records of observations, incidents, and daily activities as required by site protocols.
+ Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support operational needs.
+ Remain alert to changing conditions within the location and adapt patrol patterns and responses as necessary.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
