Order Entry Clerk
- Pay of $18.00 per hour
- First Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school OR
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Business-to-business customer service experience - required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, company policies, and sales programs
- Basic mathematical skills, including calculating discounts, percentages, and commissions
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to meet monthly performance goals
- Review and process orders from internal teams and online platforms with a high degree of accuracy
- Review and release sales quotes, communicating any issues promptly
- Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding order inquiries and status updates
- Collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Logistics teams to resolve order-related issues
- Research inventory, backorders, and order discrepancies to provide accurate information
- Process credits, debits, order changes, and cancellations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, processes, and promotions to assist customers effectively
- Pull and review daily and weekly order-related reports
- Resolve basic and complex order issues using structured problem-solving techniques
- Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
- Provide backup support to team members and assist with training new employees
- Perform additional duties as assigned
