ServiceNow Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow platform solutions including workflows, integrations, and service portal components.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Implement Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Customize Service Portal widgets and pages.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
Required Skills
- JavaScript / GlideScript
- ServiceNow ITSM
- ITOM or HRSD modules
- HTML, CSS, AngularJS
- SQL knowledge
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
