We are looking for a Family Practice or Internal medicine Physician to join our practice full time in Suwanee, GA. We offer a wonderful work life balance that is structured within a 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, can be flexible if necessary. No weekend or holiday hours! Ideally, we are seeking a physician for long term employment, who has excellent bedside manners, and practices with flexibility and compassion.

Responsibilities:
-Clinical Focus: We manage both chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventive care.
-Technological Integration: We utilize EClinicalWorks as our EMR system and Medical Dragon One for dictation to ensure an optimized and efficient workflow.
-Coding & Billing Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines are essential.

Requirements:
-BCBE Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
-Medical license to practice in GA

Schedule:
-4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (can be flexible)
-Weekends & Major Holidays: office is closed
-Patient Volume & Schedule Structure: 2 new or 3 established patients per hour.
-On Call Responsibilities: Phone calls only; calls are minimal and light.

Compensation:
-$250k to start for experienced physicians
-Up to $350k-$400k (base salary and productivity bonus)
