We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (Licensed GC) to work remotely and travel to project sites across the U.S., managing large-scale industrial fit-outs and automation construction. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Traveling Construction Project Manager (Licensed GC) position include:- Must have active General Contractor (GC) license in GA and/or LA, with willingness and ability to obtain licensing in additional states- Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in the industrial or warehouse construction sector- Proven track record in general contracting for warehouse fit-outs and automated environments- Comfortable managing diverse project scopes, including robotics installations, fencing, and concrete demolition- Strong knowledge of project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite- Capable of managing remote teams and traveling to job sites throughout the U.S.- Preferred experience in e-commerce-related warehouse projects and fast-paced buildoutsSalary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
